Highlights

• The next Task Force meeting will be held on Friday, March 15, 2002 at the Aloha United Way, 200 N. Vineyard Blvd., Honolulu. The AUW building is on the mauka-Diamond Head corner of Aala and Vineyard; it is the taller, mauka building. We have scheduled meetings every 3 weeks through June 7.
• Action requests from the February 22 meeting:
  • The Data Team needs your help getting word out about the website and listserv. If you have the ability to send out a pitch on our behalf, please do so.
  • If you are able to submit testimony to support legislation that falls within our three big goals, please do so. We need more voices. You may already have received directly information regarding bills we are tracking from members of our legislative team. Click here for information about legislation or access it from the main task force page.

• There's progress to be proud of in the payment and contracts subcommittee. Please see Notes of the Friday, February 22 meeting for updated status on current activities.
• Testimony recently submitted for various bills has been posted. "Stock" language for testimony may be drawn from these examples.

To find material relating to any of the groups' meetings, click on the index at left on the name of the group. For instance, to find agendas and meeting material for the whole group, click on "Hawaii Together Task Force" and then on that page, on the Meeting Materials link. The agendas and materials, if any, are filed under the dates of each meeting. You would find the Strategy Team material by clicking on that link and then meeting materials, etc.
