Hawaii Together is currently organized into six teams, each focused on a major component in the process of assuring our state's best possible response to emergent health and human service issues:

Data Team
Devise means, collect and report appropriate data to support task force's work

Strategy Team
Manage overall task force strategies, coordinate between teams and act quickly on behalf of whole task force, if needed

Resources Team
Develop and implement ways to provide short- and long-term funding needed to respond to identified gaps and weaknesses in the capacity of the service delivery system

Message Team
Develop and communicate messages of hope and provide information to empower individuals to help themselves and others

Service Linking Team
Assure that those who need help are able to find and access resources

Service Delivery Team
Provide services, gather information about increased service needs and gaps, and identify key priorities and high-leverage strategies for better response
