We haven't formally adopted measures yet, but here are some early thoughts on what we might consider:

1. Something around the communications process--internal to Hawaii Together (e.g., email to intranet?), external communications to mobilize resources
2. Attendance at our Hawaii Together and team meetings (just "buns on seats," but perhaps a proxy for meeting process producing desired results)
