Update Report January 31, 2002

Update from December Report

Due to the holidays and the legislative session we have only met once since our last report. At that meeting we focused on how we would like the contracts to be revised and language we would like to have included in future contracts.

What's Next?

There are some philosophical issues on how health and human service contracts should be viewed by the State, which we will be discussing. We will then complete the language we would like to include in future contracts and finalize who to speak to about this proposed language. Our next meeting is February 5, 2002.
